What’s in our Cup
Diana is drinking single malt scotch. Jocelyn has Orange Spice Rooibos from Second Cup.
Cool Threads
Jocelyn and Diana have been rocking the Coffee Shop Shawl and Rainbowside Shawl grandma-style.
Woolly Workings
Jocelyn has been working on 365 Days of Granny Squares by YarnUtopia, the Boneyard Shawl by Stephen West out of Bernat Premium in Teal, the Starting Point MKAL by Joji Locatelli out of Berrocco Pima 100 in Larkspur, Hydrangea, Magnolia(?), and Stonecrop(?), and Ancient Arts in Great Blue Heron,
Diana finished her dad’s “safety” socks out of ONLine Supersocke 4-fach in Forest-Color. She has been working on the Textured Triangle Shawl by Marly Bird out of Red Heart Soft Classic in Dark Leaf and Wheat, and the Bellrose Shawl by Martina Behm out of Sheep En Soie in Remembering Rose (this is the first Strickmich! Club package of the year).
Fiber Flubs
Diana can’t count or increase properly, so the lace on the Textured Triangle Shawl got fudged a bit.
Sew Little Time
Jocelyn has been in production mode for her etsy shop.
Yarn on the Go
Jocelyn took the Starting Point MKAL on our double date to see Wonder Woman. She mentions Canadian video podcasts Tale of Two Knitters, CozyUp WithTheStitchinSisters, and The Grocery Girls. She talks about the Hudson Shawl, the Bendy Arrow Shawl, and the Alberta Frost Mittens.
