What’s In Our Cup
Diana has Stash Cinnamon Apple tea.
Jocelyn has Tetley Soothe Ginger Mint tea.
Cool Threads
Jocelyn has been wearing the Coffee Shop Shawl, the Thrummed Mittens from Diana, the Boneyard Shawl,
Diana’s Bloomsbury Mitts and Wonder Woman Wrap live at work. She has also been wearing the Lindsay Slouch, Sockhead slouch, and the Rainbowside Shawl.
Woolly Workings
Jocelyn added a single crochet edging to the already finished Boneyard Shawl by Stephen West out of Bernat Premium in white and burgundy. She also worked on a pair of toe-up socks out of Dye for Ewe‘s My Kind of Holiday Baking, the finised sock of which Phedre the kitten has run off with and hidden, and the My Sisters Shawl by Cozy Up Designs out of Manos Del Uruguay Alegria in Antigua and Paula.
Diana finished her Hermione’s FLKH Socks out of S.R. Kertzer On Your Toes 4 Ply with Aloe Vera in ON223801 for the January leg of #yearofthesock? and gifted them to Jocelyn. She worked on her February Socks, which are vanilla toe-up with a fish lips kiss heel, the Rivers Wrap by Shannon Cook out of Cascade 220 in Natural, Burgundy, Green, Camel, Vashon Island Heather,
Yarn on the Go
Jocelyn took her sock to the library, out for lunch, and to The Forks.
Diana got a great deal of knitting done during training at work.
We both went to Knit Club and Red’s place. Diana brought yarn so everyone can start making flowers for her wedding. She also accepted Reds’ challenge to knit one row on her Wedding Shawl for every flower that Knit Club makes.
Fibre Flubs
Diana accidentally ripped a needle out of her sock. On a pattern row. Not a rest row.
Spinning Yarns
Jocelyn has continued working with her Wild Wind Naturals fibre on an Ashford drop spindle.
